A single platform with swappable boring modules to provide the following services

Jet Bore™ for Hard Rock Drilling

This proprietary technology is ideal to install all utility pipelines when facing complex massive, hard, abrasive, intact rock conditions.

ADB™ for Unstable Ground

This proprietary technology is ideal to install pressured water, gas, sewer and stormwater lines when facing complex soil conditions or unstable ground even with high water table.

Pipe Jacking

Installation of pipelines larger than 24", used to install long lengths of pipe that require high precision in the slope and alignment .

Auger Boring

Cost-effective and fast installation of steel casings, used in stable soils with little or non groundwater presence. If high precision is required, a theodolite-guided pilot tube can be installed prior to the AB operation.

Pipe Ramming

Short-distance installation of steel casings, through impacts generated by specialized equipment called "Rammer". This drives the pipe even in very unstable or heterogeneous ground conditions.

Piercing Tools

Cost-effective and fast. Ideal for the installation of pipes with diameters from ½" to 6", in compressible soils in installation lengths of less than 15 m.

Pilot Tube Method (aka GBM)

Mainly used for driving steel casings or reinforced concrete or fiberglass reinforced pipes for water and sewer main systems with very high precision in displaceable ground conditions.

Hand Mining (aka Tunnel Liner)

Corrugated steel solution used for the manual construction of tunnels, without the need for trenches or earthworks. Excellent for short distances and tunnel diameters bigger than 48".

Pilot Pullback

Installation of small diameters (less than 12") high-density polyethylene plastic pipes or steel pipes, with high precision in displaceable ground. Excellent for sewer, drains and pressure water.

Hybrid Pipe Jacking (Man-Shield PJ)

Installation of pipelines generally larger than 48" in diameter and for pipe lengths of less than 150 m (500 ft). Faster than conventional hand mining.

Slip Lining

Oldest and also the simplest trenchless pipeline rehabilitation methodology. Inserts slightly smaller new pipes inside the old pipe using the machine as a pipe jacking station.

Pipe Bursting

It is used to replace deteriorated pipes with new ones, by bursting them while pulling a new high density polyethylene pipe, in a fast and safe way.
